One of the leading promotions of St. Catherines cultural scene is the St. Catherines Festival. More will be looked at this later.

The other is the city's administration. Its even radical when it come to the promotion of this city. Radical meaning they are always on the look our for more, And more is really in to this Ontario Canadian community.

Definition of Culture

The St. Catharines Municipal Cultural Policy defines culture as: “A collection of traits that are spiritual and material, intellectual and emotional, involving the whole person and community. The City embraces an inclusive definition recognizing the heritage of the region, the ethnic diversity of the City and the contribution of the living arts to the community.”

While “culture” is a broad term encompassing all manner of human activity; a Municipal Cultural Policy necessarily must be more specific. For the purposes of this policy, the term culture will mean:
